(Human Understanding & Growth Group)

HUGG is an ongoing weekly women's support group led by a professional facilitator, Eileen Zubrowski.

Leader: Eileen Zubrowski is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in private practice for 20 years with adults, couples, and groups. The main focus of her work has been with women. Currently, she divides her time between counseling and environmental work for the City of Waltham. She is trained in Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Mind-Body Therapies. In her practice of Holistic Psychotherapy she works to open communication and develop emotional health.
