The Jones Partnership Fund provides grants to non-profit organizations and projects that serve the Waltham community. Established in 2009 through the generosity of longtime members Ted and Nathalie Jones, the fund has made over 200 grants to 43+ organizations, with contributions totaling over $375,000.

Partnership is a central intent of the fund as a way for First Parish to forge meaningful connections beyond the walls of the church. The grants deepen the relationship between our congregation and the community at large, support organizations and community activists with whom we share concerns, as well as to promote Unitarian Universalist values.

The application period is from December 15 to February 1 each year. Awards are approved in April of each year by congregational vote. Funds are dispersed in early May to approved applicants.
